Abi Sunningdale is a 2014, 2 Bed (Sleeps 6) holiday home sited on the wonderful Rayford Park in Stratford Upon Avon and is close to the River Avon for you to take advantage of.

The Sunningdale Holiday Home is designed for family life, with a spacious, welcoming atmosphere, easy-to-clean furnishings and ample storage.  It is located on the edge of a quiet part of the park with unobstructed views across fields from the main windows for you to enjoy the myriad of wildlife that inhabit the area - or whilst on the decking or patio.

There is a steel storage shed on the patio for you to keep your bicycles etc. secure.

The Sunningdale comes with an L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed, a 4 ring gas (mains) hob and oven/grill together with a new (2024) full length fridge/freezer (70/30).  The family bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and WC with electric extractor fan, and the main bedroom has an en-suite (WC/Sink).
